This allows us to track the state with a loading spinner and a
success/error message on completion. This is expecially important for
larger sites where the download can take a long time, and users are
unsure if something is happening.
The existing approach didn't expose when the download was complete.
By fetching the file upfront and downloading from a blob we can better
estimate when the download is complete because we load the file in
memory, and then download from there.
The promise resolves after the file is in memory, so the delay between
the promise resolving and the file actually being downloaded is a lot
shorter, and based on the size of the file.

When opening the 'body style' dropdown in the newsletter settings, the dropdown was not completely visible. The next 'liquid' tab covered the dropdown. This makes some adjustments to the overflow of the liquid containers and z-index of the buttons and containers to fix that.
It also removes overflow-y: auto from one of the containers because it cropped the shadow if the dropdown, while that container could never scroll (parent is scrollable).

When an email fails, and you reschedule the post, the error dialog was
shown (from the previous try). The retry button on that page allowed you
to retry sending the email immediately, which could be very confusing.

New event fetching loops:
- Reworked the analytics fetching algorithm. Instead of starting again
where we stopped during the last fetching minus 30 minutes, we now just
continue where we stopped. But with ms precision (because no longer
database dependent after first fetch), and we stop at NOW - 1 minute to
reduce chance of missing events.
- Apart from that, a missing fetching loop is introduced. This fetches
events that are older than 30 minutes, and just processes all events a
second time to make sure we didn't skip any because of storage delays in
the Mailgun API.
- A new scheduled fetching loop, that allows us to schedule between a
given start/end date (currently only persisted in memory, so stops after
a reboot)
UI and endpoint changes:
- New UI to show the state of the analytics 'loops'
- New endpoint to request the analytics loop status
- New endpoint to schedule analytics
- New endpoint to cancel scheduled analytics
- Some number formatting improvements, and introduction of 'opened'
count in debug screen

- This also improves the support for maxEvents. We can now stop a
fetching loop after x events without worrying about lost events. This is

- Prevents fetching the same events over and over again if no new events
come in (because we always started at the same begin timestamp). The
code increases the begin timestamp with 1 second if it is safe to do so,
to prevent the API from returning the same events over and over again.
- Some optimisations in handing the processing results (less merges to
reduce CPU usage in cases we have lots of events).

- You can test with lots of events using the new mailgun mocking server
(Toolbox repo `scripts/mailgun-mock-server`). This can also simulate
events that are only returned after x minutes because of storage delays.

When zipping a folder that contains files with UTF-8 characters in the filename, using the MacOS Archive Utility, the resulting zip will be missing some UTF-8 configuration bit. This breaks the unzipper, causing it to decode the filenames using the wrong encodign.
When the file names are long, and become longer than the length allowed by the OS, an ENAMETOOLONG error is thrown. This error is not handled by the importer, and causes the import to fail.
This adds a specific check for this error so we can show a clear error message to the user, that helps them to resolve the issue. We are currently unable to fix the issue on our side, because of a lack of well supported zip libraries for node.

When deleting a member, after confirming deletion another "unsaved changes" modal popped up. From that point, if you clicked to stay you remained on the member screen with stale data (the member was still deleted) resulting in further errors when any attempt to make changes was made.

- ensured the data setup for the unsaved changes check still occurs when a member is accessed directly via the URL

- that tracked property was never cleared once the product image was uploaded resulting in a "re-upload" attempt with an empty file list every time the product card was put back into edit mode
Fix:
- added a guard in `<GhUploader>` so it doesn't try to upload an empty file list if one is passed in as an attribute

**Problem**
When a user clicks an offer link that has an archived tier, the site
blocks and you are no longer able to scroll. This is because the product
for that offer can't be found. This has been fixed by updating the
`isActiveOffer` helper to also check for the existence of the
corresponding tier.
**Solution**
- You no longer are able to create new offers if there are no active
tiers
- A custom message is shown that instructs the user to create a new tier
if there are not active tiers on the offers page
- Improved detection of changes in tiers by correctly reloading the
members utils service after tier changes
- Portal redirects to the homepage for offers with an archived tier
(same behaviour as invalid offers)

- dynamically defined properties on the config service did not have
autotracking set up properly if they were accessed in any way before the
property was defined, this caused problems in a number of areas because
we have both "unauthed" and "authed" sets of config and when not logged

- renamed `config` service to `configManager` and updated to only
contain methods for fetching config data
- added a `config` instance initializer that sets up a `TrackedObject`

- The Members CSV importer was not auto-detecting and mapping the `complimentary_plan` column when it was present in CSV. This was to improve user-experience and NOT start the import as a "background job" by default.
- With resent (see refs) changes having "complimentary_plan" column in the imported file does not send the import into the background. We can now safely include it as auto-detected field, without compromising user experience.

When starting Ghost with a missing active theme, the design settings screen and change theme screen both end up in a broken state with the user unable to select a new theme as the active one.
The design screen has no default (or blank) slate, and so shows a preview of an empty theme.
- First added a new default screen to serve as a placeholder for when the state contains no active theme.
- Added a check for when there was no active theme, then redirects the user to the default screen .
The change theme screen wants to set an active property on the theme that should be active in the theme list.
- Added a check to see whether there is an active theme set.
- If there isn't one, don't bother trying to add the active property.

- This changes how the activity feed API parses the filter.
- We now parse the filter early to a MongoDB filter, and split it in two. One of the filters is applied to the pageActions, and the other one is used individually for every event type. We now allow to use grouping and OR's inside the filters because of this change. As long as we don't combine filters on 'type' with other filters inside grouped filters or OR, then it is allowed.
- We make use of mongoTransformer to manually inject a mongo filter without needing to parse it from a string value again (that would make it a lot harder because we would have to convert the splitted filter back to a string and we currently don't have methods for that).

When reloading the posts page, the labs settings wouldn't work. The 'feature' service labs property would try to JSON.parse an undefined labs setting (settings.labs === undefined) because settings wasn't loaded yet. After loading the settings, it wouldn't update because Ember's 'computed' decorator isn't able to watch this.
This was all caused by trying to access the emailAnalytics feature in the controller's constructor (this feature doesn't exist any longer). Removing this fixed the issue.
We probably need some protection for this in the future.
